Refund Policy

STRICT NO REFUND / NO DISCOUNT POLICY: All purchases of BAR EXAM HUB plans are final. No refunds, discounts, proration, or offsetting of previous payments are granted, except where a refund is mandatorily required by applicable law.

1. All sales are final

Every BAR EXAM HUB plan (Plans A, B, C and the Multi-Access All-In Plan) is a one-time purchase granting 30 days of immediate digital access. Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are issued for change of mind, unused time, or partial use.

2. No discounts or proration

Plans are charged at full listed price. The only exception is the published Yearly plan rate (about 20% lower per month), billed automatically each month to a credit or debit card for up to 12 months; you may cancel future charges at any time and keep access until the end of the month already paid. Buying another plan or upgrading to All-In gives no discount, credit, proration, or offset for previous payments.

3. Exceptions required by law

Where applicable consumer law requires a refund (for example, duplicate charges or failure to deliver access), contact us and our reseller Paddle will handle it.
