These Terms govern your use of the BAR EXAM HUB website and bar exam review service (the "Service"). You are contracting with BAR EXAM HUB. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

STRICT NO REFUND / NO DISCOUNT POLICY: All purchases of BAR EXAM HUB plans are final. No refunds, discounts, proration, or offsetting of previous payments are granted, except where a refund is mandatorily required by applicable law.

1. The Service

BAR EXAM HUB provides timed bar exam essay practice, AI-assisted ALAC evaluation, and suggested answers, accessed through monthly subject plans. Content is for review purposes only and is not legal advice.

2. Accounts

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Each account is limited to one active session; sharing accounts is prohibited and older sessions are signed out automatically.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, share or resell access, scrape or copy content, probe or interfere with security, or upload malware.

4. AI-generated content

Evaluations and suggested answers are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify them against official sources. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use outputs.

5. Intellectual property

BAR EXAM HUB retains all rights in the Service, software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under your active plan.

6. Payments, no refunds, no discounts

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing and tax mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Monthly plans are one-time purchases granting 30 days of access. Yearly plans are billed monthly by automatic card debit at the published Yearly rate for up to 12 months; you may cancel future charges at any time and keep access until the paid month ends. All sales are final under our strict No Refund / No Discount Policy. Upgrading to the All-In plan is charged at full price with no proration or credit for earlier purchases.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, account sharing, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BAR EXAM HUB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 6 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where law forbids it.
